Hydroprotec

The panels form a modular barrier, usually built on concrete foundations, that protects buildings or equipment from flooding. The system is designed to be installed as a fixed or temporary wall.

In the event of a periodic flood or a sudden flood alert, a module can be installed by two people in 15 min. The barrier structure is made of pillars and blades made of honeycomb aluminum material and metal spacers for reinforcement. The barrier is anchored to the ground in order to withstand 2.2 m of hydrostatic water column, high speed flow, waves, erosion, debris, and earthquakes.

• The barrier is completely modular and can be adapted to any height (up to 2.2 m), any length and any direction.
• A module is composed of 2 pillars (height of 2.5 m) and 11 stacked blades with EPDM joint between the two (sandwich structure) to reach 2.275 m in size.
• The width of this module is 3.15 m at most and each module is connected to another by a screw and an EPDM joint.
• 6106 T6 aluminum alloy barrier anodized according to GB/T 19822 standard
• Screw, shaft and small parts made of 316 grade steel according to GB/T 3098 standard.
• Reinforcement structure in Q345B with hot galvanization according to GB/T 1591 and GB 13912 standards.
• C20-25/C50-60 concrete base.
• The anchor of the pillar in concrete should be Hilti HIT- HY 200A + HIS- N M20x205 + H M20x50 + L20 washers or plates embedded with M16 bolts.

• The system design is extremely simple and flexible for easy installation.
• The modules can be assembled side by side or in a 90° angle to follow the shape of buildings or equipment.
• A pillar measures 2.5 m and weighs only 18 kg. A blade measures 3 m and weighs only 22 kg. No lifting equipment
